1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Nuppu application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Nuppu is a life management application available on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and watchOS. Features include:

  • Calorie tracking and nutrition management
  • Gym and workout tracking
  • Water intake tracking
  • Sleep analysis
  • Menstrual cycle tracking
  • Habit tracking
  • Alarms and reminders
  • AI-powered recommendations

3. User Eligibility

The App is designed for users aged 7 and older. Users under 13 must use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

4. User Account

The App uses your Apple ID for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to breach the App's security
  • Negatively impact other users' experience
  • Share misleading or false information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the App

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including the Nuppu brand, logo, design, and software code, belong to the owner. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Nuppu is not a medical device or medical advisory service. Data and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

8. AI Recommendations

Recommendations provided by AI are general in nature. These recommendations do not replace medical, legal, or professional advice. The accuracy of AI recommendations is not guaranteed.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue App features with or without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We do not accept liability for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from AI recommendations. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
